colorful weekend

i had an evenful weekend. thanks to oral gel and petua from kak nah, alif's fungal problem was cured on friday itself. i don't have any idea why it happened but lil' alif refused to eat or drink for consecutive 2 days, starting last wednesday. no wonder that very night (wednesday) he was cranky and manja terover. kesian, rupa²nya sakit.. why laa i tak check his tongue? **sigh

assuming all was OK, the next day i sent him off to nursery like usual. about 5 in the evening, the nursery owner called to inform alif nose was bleeding. i hurriedly went back and brought him to his GP. thank God nothing serious, the bleeding was due to heat and the culprit was the fungal causing dehydration. he was prescibed with pain killer, antibiotic, oral gel and few cotton swab. alhamdulillah all went well onwards, alif was back to his ol' self and still finishing the antibiotics.

mommies get together potluck
since i took an EL on friday, the map azlea sent and details of the mommies get together at her house were unreachable. lucky hubby was familiar with the area cos his aunt is living nearby. i just bought a small choc mousse cake cos it was supposed to be a potluck thingy. except for azlea, i haven't met the rest of them since i left for mrsm. so 11 years went by and they still look the same to me (though some have grown horizontally like me he he..). apart from us, i think the kids too had their share of fun.

azlea's daughter, hani , was so chirpy and chatty. masyaAllah, mulut dia asyik bercakap je. cute sangat! alif was the only boy around but i think he cried more than the girls. such a manja boy laa alif nih. he just loves to dominate me **sigh

thank you azlea for being a generous and nice host. tell nik he would make a good chef :)

visiting a newborn
SIL's twin sister has given birth to a heathly baby girl on tueday evening. my busy schedule (he he macaaam la busy sesangat!) leaving me no option but to visit her last sunday, furthermore she was having her confinement in subang jaya while i was in hulu kelang hence the distance.
