hi guys, sorry i had not perpetually updated this little space. thank you for the smses and msgs asking my well being, very sweet of you people. you know who you are *wink
a lot of things happened while i was hibernating. firstly, there was a short trip to asya's college. we spent 4 hours in the car to & fro sg pulai only to squeeze errrr 20 minutes with her!! percaya tak? we're soooo a bunch of family-tied troop kan?
also, there was s hort trip to kelate for my biras's sis wedding. i love their theme, coming from the architects couple. memang artistic and yes, i love her wedding dress too. mak prepared fil's fave he ate nasi like never before (he avoids eating nasi for the longest time tapi siap bertambah² nasi kat sana.. kan saya kata mak saya pandai masak....?) hihihih puji mak sendiri takpe kan? alif was ecstatic cos they have cute kittens and cats around.
another wedding worth mentioning is kak f@rah's!!!!! sangat happy dapat jumpa kak hud@, eta & few others at the reception ceremony. love their customized chocolates as buah tangan too. very grand lah, from the wedding, the color, the smiling couple, the emcee, the singer, the live music. every little details pon being taken care of. am so happy for you k f@rah & shahril :)
and can't wait to share this good news. many congrats to the habibs who embraced parenthood on 20th march 2007 to a beautiful daughter, fatin hanani :) . we had an aqiqah ceremony the following saturday, thanks to mak who, without fail, cooked only the best mouth-watering dishes. and for that, i had to forgo soy's warming house session. takpe soy, bebila ajak aku makan lagi ek?
holding heaven-smell lil' babies brought back many sweet memories that i had with alif. those little feet, little fingers. such comelness! can't wait to hold another junior!! and the cry pon comel jek.. hahahaha anything about babies are simply cute and adorable kan? don't you just love them?
another big thing is that finally we're officially on our own. yes, we stay in our own pigeon hole home. hubby & i think that this is the best arrangement for alif, we're afraid he'd be further spoiled by tuk & pah. plus, i can't stand bad traffic, especially crawling in those jelatek stretch.
all of us are still adjusting, alif to his new circle of friends and teachers ; moi to new challenging role of cooking and kemas rumah every other day sans MIL :P and hubby to new route to his office. seems okay for now. let's hope it stays for a long long time.
