i was discharged on saturday afternoon. the first thing we did once reached home was to properly pack baby stuff. the water leakage incident somehow alarmed me, making me more nervous than confident. a good friend of mine, Noor, who got to know about my well being from Yaya, at a potluck party at her house, called to check on me. she joked about how unfortunate the doctor didn't allow to deliver, or else she could see my baby before going off to London. btw i didn't tell any of my friends about the false alarm. hey it was on weekday, and i did not want to trouble them at all.

everything was OK until 4.30 am. i was sleeping when the first feeling of period pain struck. i could not sleep after that. to ignore the pain, i did laundry and ironing but the pain grew stronger. i assumed it was what people called contraction but the gap was long.

after noticing the blood stain, i notified my sister. she confirmed the possibility to deliver, latest by 8 pm ( as if she was the gynae :P). on my way to sjmc, i called my mom.

i was halfway dilatated then. alhamdulillah, my gynae allowed me to deliver this time since 'my baby tak sabar nak keluar'. i was counting on air selusuh, made my dad to speed up dilatation, chanted prayers and took pethidine to subside the pain. in between pain, i had to answer calls from my siblings who wanted to know updates and some even taught me breathing techniques and when to push!

about 7.30 pm, my gynae came and the process began
