welcoming angle to this world

it was, by far, the longest 15 minutes in my life. thank you to DH who supported me in the delivery suite. the midwives were also a big help; they never stop encouraging me from beginning. every contraction seemed like eternity. was it painful? indeed it was but yet the pain was bearable. and hearing alif's first cry was truly a miraculous experience.

thank you Allah for blessing us with this child. both DH and me will do our best to raise and guide him to be a good khalifah, insyaAllah... amin!

family members came right after i was transferred to outpatient ward. i was still ecstatic, happy to see everyone. mom joined later as she was stranded in traffic jam. journey from my hometown normally took about 2 and a half hour but hers was doubled! my third brother was in kuantan, leaving mom with no choice but to take an express bus. i was really touched by her move. being a mother myself, i too, would probably do the same, something that we called the unconditional love. may Allah bless all of you.
